Welcome to our website

Welcome to Chifley College Mount Druitt Campus Support Unit for 2011. My name is Mrs Beaton and I will be your Science and Technology teacher. Here at this blog I will be providing you with a variety of ways to investigate, develop, create and implement the information you need to know about various Science and Technology outcomes in new and innovative ways.

You will learn new ways to present your information using technology and WEB 2.0 tools such as Animoto, Prezi, Xtranormal, Sparklee, Glogster, Wordle - the list goes on. Learning will become fun as you engage in different styles of learning - no more chalk and talk - but interesting and collaborative learning environments will enable you to enjoy your learning experience.

Term1 - Energy in Everyday life. Below I have given examples of ways we can learn and discover information about Energy/Electricity through technology.
